It's as Easy as Can Be!
You will need a webcam, a computer and a free Skype account. What we do during your private personal training is based on what you need. For strength training we can work with dumbbells and leg weights. For flexibility, we will do stretching and movement therapy. If you have back and/or neck issues, we will do a combination of exercises, movements and stretching to alleviate and correct your problems. I will also be able to help you improve and correct your posture through structural awareness and integration. Your fitness membership is (40 ) thirty minute sessions for $2000. A trial session is $50.00. I recommend that you train with me 2-3x a week. I work exclusively with women.
