It's as Easy as Can Be!
You will need a webcam, a computer and a free Skype account. What we do during your private personal training is based on what you need. For strength training we can work with dumbbells and leg weights. For flexibility, we will do stretching and movement therapy. If you have back and/or neck issues, we will do a combination of exercises, movements and stretching to alleviate and correct your problems. I will also be able to help you improve and correct your posture through structural awareness and integration. Your fitness membership is (40 ) thirty minute sessions for $2000. A trial session is $50.00. I recommend that you train with me 2-3x a week. I work exclusively with women.

I've been training with Cynthia at Milton's Fitness Club for years, so when my company decided to move me back to Atlanta, I was dreading the search for a new trainer. I have back and neck problems and I really need a trainer with the anatomical knowledge and skill to help me get fit without "beating me up". When I told Cynthia I was moving, we kidded about skyping, but the more we discussed it, the more sense it made. We agreed to give it a try and the workouts have been great. Despite the fact that we aren't together in the same room, Cynthia has crafted specialized workouts to help resolve my back and neck problems, keeping me moving and out of the doctor's office. Being "face to face" through Skype is very effective! I've always considered Cynthia to be unique and irreplaceable, so I couldn't be happier with this solution, it's just a win in every way!

I'm 91 years old and Cynthia has been working with me for the past 7 years. I was facing the possibility of back surgery because of back pain and leg weakness. After weighing all the pros and cons, I decided to choose a different approach. That approach is keeping myself as strong as possible and consciously working on my posture to prevent further problems from developing in my back. I no longer have constant back pain or pain down my legs. I have learned what movements irritate my back and cause flare ups but I now know what to do to calm things down and get back to normal. Cynthia has been great working with me, teaching me what to do and doing exercises with me through Skype to keep my back condition under control and my legs strong.

I Skype with Cynthia three times a week and she coaches me through an exercise program with weight training, stretching, and back exercise. Recently, I fell and my left hand, shoulder and hip were sore and bruised. The fall knocked my body all out of balance. Cynthia worked with me making me aware of my standing posture, my walking posture and how I was sitting. She showed me some special stretches for my hip and back and was able to help me re-align my body by teaching me what I needed over Skype. She also taught me what I needed to do for home-care to keep getting better. It worked!
